Baby's heartbeat

So I had my Dr. visit last Friday and got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the 1st time.  It was pretty cool.  The heartbeat was 140 beats per minute and sounded nice and strong.   I have to go in for more blood tests to check for Downs and Spinabifida.  I set up the ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby and it is scheduled for April 17th (which is 2 weeks later than I had hoped for ).  My mom purchased the baby furniture as our baby shower gift and it was received over the weekend so that all got set up in the baby's room.  We will be painting in 3 weeks, so I will have to post pics when its complete.
